True discipleship

Today is a good start of my new journey with Jesus Christ our Lord. Somehow, I picked up the book on "A Woman After God's Own Heart" and when I opened the book, the phrases that caught my eyes were "Commit yourself to God Daily".

How simple is that sentence. Without much explaination, every Christians will know what it meant. Yet, it is also a difficult task, as we live under influence of the World, with so many distractions such as TVs, Movies, Radios, Internet, Games, oh so many... that it became a task instead of a desire activity which we Christians should have.

Just like any relationship. A close relationship means spending lots of quality time together. A true disciple of Jesus, spent lots of quality time with him. It is almost like a couple in love, always can't wait to see each other, can't bare to leave each other, almost to that extend when it comes to the relaltionship with God.

A true disciple loves God with all his heart, all his soul and all his mind. I have yet to be able to accomplish that, but I am willing to work towards that. Amen!
